I was approached by a dropshipper, who found a supplier of men's jackets, but did not want to take the goods in my hands and take on new risks. I decided to test this niche on Instagram, as well as on the popular Shafa marketplace. We created an account, filled out a profile, formed UTP, and added a link to the marketplace. They twisted ads at different times from October to January.
The strategy was as follows: divide potential buyers into main segments. There were three of them: youth, men from 24 to 34 years old and mothers. For the first, the most relevant world brands were the most relevant, such as TNF, Supreme, etc. In conjunction with an extraordinary, but exciting description, the promotion of posts with the image of such models caused great demand, despite the high CPM. The second group saw mostly saw practical, affordable and quality models, such as the classic black Columbia jacket. Moms observed mainly parks, which are the most reliable and warm winter option for a child. The best creatives you will see below.
Interests were similar (clothes, jackets, accessories, fashion, etc.), but each group had its own characteristics, such as: names of brands that were heard, solvency filter based on devices, interests related to children's clothing, demographic data, solvency filter which is based on involvement in purchases. Advanced, of course, was disabled (as for me it's a useless function that expands the audience to a common one, which may rarely be needed). Used adset budget. We spent a little more than $ 170, received 151 orders, that is, the cost of the finished order was $ 1.13. Profit from one jacket ranged from 280 to 360 UAH. According to the screenshots presented above, it was clear that there was a demand, which resulted in quite good overall results. Specifically, as I know, out of the 151st order, 22 were returned. By not complicated mathematics we get 35 000 UAH of net profit (subtracting the cost of returns and advertising from the total). The customer price has risen within the acceptable range to $ 1.32.
